Kitty Coons. Received an e-mail awhile back from Scotty Arsenault of Commander Kitty, whom I hadn't heard from in awhile. Turns out he'd been kind enough to draw this image of his characters acting raccoonily, and had me in mind when he drew it ... thanks Scotty!
